1.1. In accordance with sections L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Consumer User, as defined by the provisions of said code, has a period of 14 (FOURTEEN) days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The User is not obliged to justify the exercise of their right of withdrawal nor are they required to pay any penalties in this regard.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be valid, it must be expressed through the Withdrawal Form available in the annex of the T&Cs or through an unambiguous statement conveying the desire to withdraw, sent by any means that can verify the date and time of the dispatch (postal mail to the address Lauren Rubinski - Customer Service, 15 rue Saint Benoît - 75006 Paris or by email to hello@laurenrubinski.com).

Moreover, the Product must be mandatorily returned complete within 14 (FOURTEEN) days following, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, accompanied by the Delivery Note, the Order Form, and the withdrawal statement or form. This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the Products are not returned intact and in their original sealed packaging (if sold sealed) and if they bear signs of tampering or are otherwise not in a condition that allows their resale to consumers. The Company reserves the right to appoint a laboratory to verify the authenticity of the Products returned under the right of withdrawal.

For information, it is reminded that section L221-28 of the Consumer Code excludes any right of withdrawal for "contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons."
