The Products will be sent by the Company to the delivery address provided by the User prior to the validation of his/her Order.

In the event of an error in the User's e-mail address or contact details, the Company shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of confirming the Order or making the delivery to the User.

Delivery costs are also indicated in the Order summary. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen, the delivery zone and the weight of the Order.

The maximum delivery time is 30 (THIRTY) working days from the date the Products are ordered, except in the case of force majeure or in the case of a specific stipulation indicated to the User before the order is placed and prior to its final validation.

It is the User's responsibility to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that appear justified, or even to refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious signs of deterioration. Such reservations and claims must be addressed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three working days of delivery of the products, with a copy immediately sent to the Company.

In the event of non-receipt of the Products for reasons related to the recipient (incorrect or incomplete delivery address, non-recovery of the parcel from the carrier, missing note on the letterbox, etc.), the parcel will be reshipped by the Company at the User's expense and after full payment of these reshipment transport costs.

In the case of sales outside France, the Company cannot be held responsible for any blocking by customs or other control bodies in the country of destination, and no compensation can be claimed from the Company in the event of seizure or blocking.

In the event of late delivery within the delivery times specified in Article 10.3, the User may instruct the Company by registered mail with return receipt to Lauren Rubinski - Service SAV, 15 rue Saint Benoît - 75006 Paris or by e-mail to to deliver the Products within a reasonable additional time (which may not be less than 15 (FIFTEEN) days.

Should the Company fail to perform within this new time limit, the User may cancel the Order by notifying the Company by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to Lauren Rubinski - Service SAV, 15 rue Saint Benoît - 75006 Paris or by e-mail to The User's Order shall be deemed cancelled upon receipt of such letter, unless it has been executed between the sending of the letter by the User and its receipt.

In the event of termination of the Order, the Company shall refund all sums paid within 14 (FOURTEEN) days of such termination, in accordance with the above conditions.

The full refund of the Product(s) and of the Delivery Charges or, where applicable, of the Reshipment Charges, will then be made by the Company.

Any denunciation not made in accordance with the rules defined above will not be taken into account and will release the Company from all its responsibilities towards the User.Similarly, the refund will not be due if the Product has been sent before the end of the aforementioned 30 (THIRTY) day period and the delay is not attributable to the Company.

The Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. Delivery times are given as an indication only. Consequently, in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, the purchaser shall in no case be entitled to claim damages from the Company.

The Company may not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which a product is delivered; it is therefore the User's responsibility to check whether the legislation of the country to which he/she wishes to be delivered authorizes the purchase of products sold by the Company. The User assumes all responsibility with regard to the legislation of his or her country and of the country of delivery, and the Company accepts no responsibility or liability with regard to the country of invoicing and delivery.

The risks are transferred to the purchaser User from the moment he takes physical possession of the Products.

The User is hereby informed that the Company uses a carrier to deliver the Products, who is responsible for the risks associated with transport. For this reason, in the event of non-conformity, loss or damage to the Product(s) due to transport, the User undertakes to contact the Company as soon as possible so that the latter can take prompt action with the carrier.

The User is hereby informed that Product delivery times are subject to change without notice:

1) available stocks ;

2) payment of the Order Price and Delivery Charges by the User;

3) the absence of suspicion by the Company of fraud or fraudulent act concerning the User.

It is however specified that when the consumer entrusts the delivery of the goods to a carrier other than the one proposed by the professional, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, in accordance with Article L. 216-5 of the French Consumer Code.

The Company is responsible for the transport provider it has chosen for this Product delivery service. Under no circumstances shall the Company responsible for any other carrier chosen by the User and different from those proposed on its Internet Site.
