Delivery delay

Although Lauren Rubinski cannot guarantee a delivery time, she provides the following general shipping guidelines:
Products will generally be delivered within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) working days from receipt of the order and subject to stock availability. You will be informed of availability and deadlines by email at your request.

What are the delivery areas?

We deliver free and secure worldwide, excluding PO Boxes.

Tracking control

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

In case of delay

Contact our customer service in case of delay to set a new deadline. In the event of non-compliance, the order may be canceled for full refund.

Delivery problem

If a problem arises due to the recipient (incorrect address, unclaimed package), the return will be your responsibility.

Loss or damage

We are responsible until physical delivery of the products. Contact us if there is a problem during transportation.

Risk transfer

The risk passes to you upon receipt of the products. By choosing a carrier not recommended by us, the risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days to initiate a return. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personnalisation

Votre bijou personnalisé ne peut être échangé, il a été réalisé à votre demande ou à celle de l’un de vos proches. Sa création a été faite sur-mesure et ne peut donc pas faire l’objet d’un échange.
